We are here since last Tuesday and it’s been a hectic week. Waking up at 3:00 AM because of the jet lag, going through numerous meetings with suppliers, logistic companies and getting ready for the assembly….  Well, here is a quick update on latest developments.

First of all, we just moved all your data to the NexDock.com website. By now, you should all have received a password reminder email to reset your passwords. If you didn’t receive that email, please go to  https://secure.nexdock.com/login/reminder
Once you login to our website you can check your order, verify your shipping address and open a help desk ticket if you have any difficulties.
Assembly Development – 1st Batch
All parts and components have been received last week and went through the receiving inspections by the quality assurance team. The assembly has started subsequently.
The quality inspections and testing of the 1st batch assembly are expected to be finalized by the end of this week. Â If all goes well, many of you will start receiving tracking numbers for your shipments by the end of next week.
Couple components for the assembly of the 2nd batch have not arrived yet. If there are no delays in receiving those parts, the assembly for the 2nd batch will start during the first week of December.
As planned earlier, the expected date for the shipping of the 2nd batch is the second week of December.
