We have nothing but good news! All of the remaining NexDocks have already been inspected twice and shipped to our logistics company in Hong Kong.
We are also very happy to see almost all our backers from the 1st batch enjoying their NexDock and sharing photos on Twitter 🙂
Tracking Shipment and Invoices
Those of you who are waiting for their NexDocks will receive tracking numbers within the next 10 days. Once you receive your tracking numbers, please refer to your account on our website to get your invoice. You can also track your shipment under the Shipping tab on your account.
Unfortunately, we had many issues with the shipping courier WnDirect/Hermes during the first batch! We’ve already replaced them with another courier at our expense for the shipping of the remaining NexDocks, which we will continue monitoring closely. We believe that the shipping and tracking of the 2nd batch will be executed much better by the new courier.
We’d like to remind you once again that the shipping fee you paid during the campaign was for the transportation of your unit from our warehouse to your address. Also please note that the US backers are exempt for customs duties up to $800. As for our international backers, if your country charges import duties, taxes or VAT, you will be responsible for the payment of these upon delivery.
